8/26, DTW, 7ER, LHR three day, B529. How do you look up individual pairings in iCrew?

Clarification: the message is "REQUESTED ADD ROTATION NOT IN OPEN TIME".

I think you can look up by doing a pilot name search and using the first flight of the trip so see what the rotation states
White slips are for line holders only.

Awarded on a white slip to seniority number 94xx. If that's senior to you the trip was gone when the computer looked at your request. If junior to you call Skeds and ask.

Thanks. That makes sense now. I guess I thought it would say "awarded to senior pilot". Can the lay pilot look that up? Still learning the system.

I'm sure I'll be on reserve soon. Just got lucky over the summer.

That probably just means the trip was no longer in open time by the time they got to your seniority in the PCS run. In other words, someone senior to you got it.

You can go to "Daily Trip Coverage" and should be able to see who the trip was awarded to and whether it was a white slip or a swap with pot.

The other possibility is that the trip was in open time as a "Q" trip because someone was trying to personal drop it (which means the trip wasn't really open). If they also had it listed for pickup on the pilot-to-pilot swap board, someone else could have snagged it right before the PCS run.

Just go to deltanet on the preflight pull down menu type in the info for the rotation, then do the same thing for the first leg of the trip using the flight number and date.
