That's the place, even though it says for Delta dispatched flights. 80KtsClamp has the right place.

Put the info in that page and your rotation will get updated within the day usually.

Is there a way to bid min 3-4 day off blocks in between trips? Consecutive Days doesn't seem to be quite what works?? Thanks in advance.

The number of pilots who could pick up a sextant and shoot / plot a moon or sun LOP or three star fix are probably down to 1/10th of 1%. Those are probably sailors who cruised before GPS was invented.
