Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
It's 5 pm eastern and it's 49 degrees in DTW and 38 degrees in MSP.
See what I mean?
NewK,
Absolutely!!! GREAT decision on your part all around!
On another note, I'm up at my favorite watering hole watching the Seahawk game and I've won $25! Great Day so far!!

My team CANNOT lose today. Its a bye week. Go Bears!!!
Tsquare is on the left and on the right is the wife of the head ball coach of the Tennessee Volunteers on the right. There were closer up pictures of the hotest coach's wife in the country but when I saw this pic I just had to go with it.
You should see the picture I have of Satchip...

Thanks for noticing...... I'm paying attention!
I'm busy preparing for the "firehose" training with the short course going back to the 767 and to the ER. I've lost count of how many hours and CD's I've done preparing for training.
I've been reading the posts so I don't need to re-interview. You guys are doing a great job. Still thinking about the move with Compass. I believe we missed some opportunities, but only time will tell.
Like Carl asked, where are we going as a union?

I agree Tomcat, I've been wondering too.
The "conflict of interest" argument rings with me as I think that is the problem at national. They try and represent both major and regionals and don't do a good job of either IMO.
But, I came directly to NWA and don't know jack about the regionals except what I try and learn while jumpseating. So, since I think the smartest guy I've read on the issue is Bucking Bar and I'll listen to and agree with what he says on the issue.
So, what Bucking Bar said.............sorry Slow

BTW, Go Gators!!!!! Made it to the Tennessee game in Gainesville and watched LSU last night. Truthfully I was a little underwhelmed, but it's the SEC and a very tough conference. LSU did a great job.
Tennessee's secondary was impressive. Going to be an interesting football season.

No worries, Ferd. We can look at a set of facts and come to a different conclusion. That's debate. What I grow tired of is the "attack ads" purporting to be "fair and balanced".
If the Executive Council were to adopt the recommendation of the Delta MEC, there would be no change to their representational structure until October, 2010. I'm surprised by the vitriol of some on this forum to the decision; the former NWA MEC knew there would be an Executive Council review of the CPZ representation structure one year after its creation. That review was triggered by the unique nature of the CPZ creation and the inherent differences it contained. All but 12 of the CPZ pilots are off probation now and paying dues. A grievance has already been filed by a CPZ pilot on the representation structure. It was disallowed procedurally. It will be interesting to see how the EC decides after such a close vote at the MEC level. I believe that to the outside observer (or EC) the representation risk contained in the current CPZ structure is easy to spot. I could be wrong.
