Maybe I'm missing something, but it appears new.
737-900.? Islands supposedly going to be the first ER destination.

Doesn't make sense though. Alaska proved that you can not fly a 900 off of OGG or LIH and go to the west coast if you want to carry the people and bags. They had to tech stop in HNL to get gas. (Landings before crossing, not after)

Not sure why they'd need a tag on after crossing unless of course they plan on inter island.

Heard in school house beach market after the islands.

The message is crystal clear, the line pilots will accept not he less than a minimum 20% snap up date signing C2015 in our hourly rates.

No concessions. No reduction in profit sharing. No reduction in sick leave. No concessions.
Overall agreed.

What is a spongebob?

As I stated many posts ago this was never something the company wanted badly. It was a solution pushed more from our end to the 30 layovers based on some pilots wanting CDO's back. The cost was very high for the company to fly them. Follow the money, it's never wrong!

It's the big wedge thing we used for a foot rest. Could also be used as a liberator.

If this is true, it is very sad. 15 or so guys at an LEC meeting propose this nonsense and my MEC thinks this is what 11500+ guys want?

If this is how tuned in our MEC is to our pilot group, I am more than a little concerned for our 2015 negotiations.

BTW, words matter... I will repeat my post from yesterday.

SOS, in this industry, has always meant the nuclear option, i.e., Suspension of Service. (All wheels come to a complete stop.)

Our national union, in one email, has changed that important acronym to mean Save our Skies... very significant.
