Not sure. I assume they would either "put on the red light" seeing if any other airline wanted them (JB and VX want into ATL, JB especially, and the airport is offering bribes again) or attempt to use the gates themselves for their branded scope buster large RJ's on order.

I'm not too worried about any of the options they have as being a threat to us as we could easily bury anything they tried to do alone or with a partner. But I am concerned about the potential loss of a significant number of gates.

Then again, most of the gates in question, and a lot of our own other gates, used to be used for 50 seaters and are now using much larger planes. So maybe its possible to lose a lot of those gates and still not cramp the operation much or at all.

I don't like the thought of an insolent regional owning gates we may need for our operation though, so I hope that's not the case. Things with SKYW, inc could get ugly.

Everybody thought Manziel was going to go much earlier, that's what made it fun to watch him wait around for...22nd pick!

From SKYWEST 10-K 02/15/2013

"ExpressJet leases 34 gates and other premises of the Central Passenger Terminal Complex located on Concourse C and Concourse D at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The lease agreement is scheduled to expire on September, 20, 2017."

So I guess we are subleasing these until 2017?

Default Per diem on OE.

I did get positive confirmation on the per diem on OE question. You DO get paid per diem during your observation rotations and OE. This information is found in the New Hire Pilot Guide put out by the company. I have a message in to ALPA to get confirmation on the positive space issue.

It is pretty self-explanitory when you read my post, that is a response to and quotes, Gloopy's post.

Re-read the original.

I asked a while back how you get back to the last read post on apc from the APC iPhone app. I figured it out. Every time you finish you should subscribe to the thread again and that should do it. For those who are curious and don't want to have to slide 5000+ pages.
