Alitalia just cancelled an order for a bunch of 350s. Wonder if we will swoop in and get them for cheap. 350-800s though.
So my AME up near Lawrenceville, GA is out UFN.... Any recommendations for a crosseyed Santa Claus up my way?

K guys, finally figured it out. Racked my brain attempting to figure out a way for L&G posters to identify each other while at work.
Two words....Tear Tats !
The teardrop itself is symbolic of the many tears shed throughout this thread over time. Whether it be facepalming woes from the persistent DPA vs DALPA deconstructive debating, the eye strain that goes along with finding that underboob shot that just might slip a little nip, or your run-of-the-mill, personalized put down from Tsquare, we've all shed tears here at one point or another.

Pretty sure that is [highly] illegal. Rest requirements are now prospective. If you didn't start your X day knowing about the +6 they can't just tack it on at their leisure. Call DALPA ASAP and don't acknowledge that assignment until its clarified. Even if they take it off, still call and let them know scheds is trying to do this. Eventually they will find someone who will accidentally fall for it and subject themselves and the company to an illegality.
These attempts from scheduling have been happening more than the pilot group is being led to believe. Threats, pressure and loss of pay are being applied. Know your contract, and call ALPA scheduling. As long as we keep falling for scheduling's fishing expeditions, we have no leverage and worse, you might do something illegal. Far 117 haas been relatively cost neutral mainly because we have not made a unified stand to operate 100% in accordance with the contract. I get it. No one likes to deal with the high pressure threats coming out of the CPO from your fellow seniority list members.

Tear tattoos? Might want to read up on what they usually mean.
From WSC: "On an X-day has no obligation to be contactable or to be in a position to report for an inverse assignment."

EVERYONE needs to know and follow the contract irregardless of the SD memo. We need to stand up for the contract and not let a policy memo change our PWA. The CPR (Chief Pilot Review) isn't really that painful....ask me how I know.
