First, we should have adopted the Pan Am logo/livery, etc... the second most recognized marketing symbol in the world (after Coca Cola). Kids in Zimbabwe new who Pan Am was! Delta... not so much.

Second, I'm a little sad that I will always have the "sad face" widget on my in command certificate, issued during the "I am not a crook" Leo the Ceo days.
