Delta has min, max, and normal too, but those ranges vary depending upon the ALV (min is the bottom half of the LCW, max is the top half, and normal is the entire range). The problem is that Delta is allowed to cut off min or max credit awards in a category as necessary to get within an hour of the published ALV.

Personally, I find it effective to go after certain lengths of trips throughout the month to hit a target amount of work, and to alter my schedule as needed after the fact in PCS and the Swap Board.

For this post, I nominate you for tool of the day.
You bet, I've had it once, bad. You're pretty sure you are done for. Only upside, wild fever induced imaginary friends.

hmmmm this is starting to get blunt enough that I am thinking this is more on purpose...purpose to build a case for a merger. Make it a must. Not buying this battle any more as us/them.

your category is out of reserves & there are several rotations available on that day. Instead of green slips going out the rotations are pulled from open time & assigned to a different base deadheading the guys on the first & last legs of the trip.

My impression from the LCP meetings... both last fall and this spring... is that until ALK stops dancing with every boy at the party, we are not interested in doing business with them. They had some pretty sweet deals that they are turning their back on, but it's their decision to make. I don't THINK a merger is a practical solution.. at least not at this time because of the complexity of unwinding all their other endeavors. That is just my opinion however...
