Man, the ATL approach guy handling arrivals from the southwest this morning was a crankster. "Delta #, did you slow down?!?" Us, "only when we passed through 10,000 feet, to 250. We weren't assigned a speed." Him, "you don't slow down without telling someone in Atlanta!! Maintain, 210 until blah blah blah!" Us, "we're doing 230, we'll maintain that." Him, "accelerate to 210 or better!" Us, "uh, ok, but we're already at 230." Him, "contact tower."
Sheesh!

All is well. I just got home. Pretty good shaker though. Knocked some stuff off the walls. On a positive note, the kids were up and ready for school ahead of schedule.
