Don't worry, Figmo, ACORN got an Obama vote from a Disney character to make up for Buzz's vote.

Michelle Kwan was the best Olympian to have never won a gold. Five world championships. Nine U.S. championships. Zero Olympic gold medals.

This is her last performance on Olympic Ice. There had been some fall out between her father and her Coach. She pressed on into the Salt Lake games without a coach. The song choice is astounding, given the circumstances ... she knew this was farewell ... there wasn't a dry eye in the place.

The sport changed on her mid career (sound familiar to us?). She came up during the final days when balance, grace, style and beauty made for winning marks. The sport moved on to greater athleticism, tricks, triples which favors the kids. Now someone wins a medal, and you never hear their name again.

They know more than you and 11,000 pilots will ever know. They have all the inside data. If you believe otherwise, you are totally clueless and naive. Good luck finding your windmill.

No no... we can force them to fly into unprofitable markets just to keep an aging hub operational. Besides, we absolutely know what is really going on behind the numbers. They just lie about it all. And I'm gonna personally force Mr Anderson to put KBP back on the schedule. We'll make tons of money right up to the time that we go out of business. Profit sharing... bah!

If you believe so strongly in the wisdom and benevolence of management and place so much trust in them, then why do you support ALPA?
Is a union even necessary?

We "force" Mr. Anderson to do a lot of things that are "unprofitable". Maybe we should just get rid of that pesky contract.

Yes, it is now possible to drop a carry-out trip if there is adequate coverage in the current month.
Thanks, Wilbur.
I never realized the Personal Drop menu had more than one page!

Very true.

I've noticed that tsquare is opposed to any measure or initiative desired by the pilot group that would cost Delta more money. He's taken it upon himself to tamp down our costs.

PD, if you want to get rid of your trips, put them on the swap board as pick up, do not contact. One man's trash is another man's treasure. I do it all the time. On many occasions my trips have been gone in less than 15 minutes.

Hey Buzz, according my wife "benefits start date" was our 3 date. "Benefits end date" was the day we got married. Hope that helps

Forcing unprofitable operations on the Company and decreasing available revenue isn't the same thing as increasing pilot compensation, but you know that.

I want the Company to be able to place aircraft where it can increase revenue.... That's how the pilots can then turn around and increase value in the PWA.

If the company revenue decreases, then the ability to improve the pilot contract decreases. Ask APA how that worked out....
