Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
I have heard those very words, both from my reps and from the two MEC Treasurers to whom I have brought allegations of poor stewardship. You might try taking whatever specifics you do have directly to your reps and see for yourself what type of answer you receive.
It came out exactly in the window that Crew Resources stated in their Jan memo. I could have sworn I saw a note on iCrew about it, too. The new DeltaNet does tend to bury things, but this came out before it got buried.
And now for something completely different:
So I noticed last night on the Super Bowl halftime that what the musicians were doing from time to time didn't quite match up to what I was hearing. As it turns out, Flea's bass wasn't even plugged into anything... not a wireless transmitter.. just an empty jack.
As it turns out:
+Chad Smith Bruno’s bassist posted this:
“All instruments at Super Bowl half time shows are prerecorded. Have been for a good many years. It isn’t feasible to soundcheck everyone in the amount of time they have and too many things can go wrong. You might be able to take two minutes to fix something at a regular concert, but two minutes at the Superbowl is millions and millions of dollars down the drain. The NFL isn’t willing to take that risk”

Anyways, totally agree. I bet the vocals were done as well.. as much as they were jumping around, none of them were the least bit out of breath as they should have been.
Odd then. I'm in DBMS every day and saw nothing about it.
