Maybe. When I read about Delta providing service to mid size and small cities from DCA I have a hard time visualizing it being mainline.
Wait - maybe if we join with management and write congress we can increase the pressure to award slots to DAL. Think of how many more mainline flights we can ....................... On second thought, never-mind.

Update for commuter flight schedules websites-- passrider.com seemed the best before, but I see that it does NOT display codeshares as one flight... basically every flight it has is replicated 4 or 5 times in the list showing different airlines owning it. For instance, the same flight is shown as Delta 4516, Virgin Atlantic xxxx, Korean xxxx, China Air xxxx, Alaska xxxx. You have to be able to read between the lines to see that instead of 72 flights between a city pair, there are only 7. This is very annoying, as it's easy to make a mistake and who wants to read through 72 flights to check if they're all valid?
Still looking for "the best" flight schedules website that shows everything including SWA, doesn't spam prices all over, and auto-correlates codeshares. Passrider.comm has the best display so far, but it needs codeshare correlation like Kayak has.

Thanks LeineLodge, Lobo, iaflyer, and CyclePilot!
Indeed, getting the info we need as commuters is difficult, and it's hard to find a source that gives fast uncluttered complete sched info, without all the "best price" spam.
Commuters, and there are 53% of us at Delta according to the ALPA contract poll I believe, understand how critical the info is-- there are some wierd days of the month around holidays, and Tuesdays, where your ability to report for a trip or get home from one may change by 8 hours! I have to check every single day of the month for my commute, both going and returning, so that I can put in PBS avoids for particular days that have issues. There are always 3-4 of them a month.
LL, PM received, will reply--thanks!
Just tested the sites mentioned:
Kayak.com does display all the flights. Unfortunately, every time you put in a new date, it wipes your "filters" and gives you all 1 and 2 stop flights (I want to be able to just show directs), and it resorts it cheapest first--and I want to show it by take off time, early to late in order. You can do this, but you have to click 5 spots to show the info how you want it, and it puts it on multiple pages... Also, the sort is done internally on the page, not via the URL form return, so you can't embed the view you want into the URL either. WORKABLE but not the best.
Passrider.com-- does display all the flights when using the upper right search box, and displays them all tightly and succinctly, in chrono order, on one page, and it preserves form filter selections (non-stop etc.). So far, passrider.com is the best place I've seen for the info display. They need a "next day... previous day" buttons on their response form, so you can just work through the month (quicktrip.com has that), but their display is very good.
Thanks all for the tips, and I want to be sure you understand I appreciate them all--just put these "reviews" on the sites up as a public-service in case other commuters are reading and don't want to have to look at all the options.

Since we are battling with Alaska, we should try to get those LA gates, bring in the 717 and start flying the North/South routes to compete with Alaska and feed our own flying.
Then we should take those Compass CA Shuttle planes and redeploy them into the DCA market.!!!
That is what I would do if I were CEO.

The United and Continental ISL was crazy, I'm sure the AA, AmWest, USAir one will be even more crazy.

There are 2 things we need to be working for right away to mitigate the unintended consequences of FAR 117. First, 5:15 should apply per calendar day, no exceptions. Second, if they are going to enjoy the flexibility of rerouting us for schedule integrity, crews should be paid for the reroute ON TOP of original rotation guarantee. IMO, they abuse the reroute already and it abrogates seniority in the bidding process. That flexibility should come at a cost to the company. Instead of getting us "prepped" for the upcoming QOL hit, ALPA needs to be reassuring the pilot group that they will be seeking improvements and solutions such as those I've just mentioned. I'm not holding my breath...

People are worried about re-routes. When you look at the trip coverage sequence, do you realize how far down re-routing a pilot is? It's pretty far. Green slips have to go out. They can skip all that and re-route a pilot to protect the schedule, but according to the contract, those who should have had the opportunity to green slip it should get paid.
