I give it 5 weeks before the first one. I always land fast. 73 don't care.

Hey, since we're talking corporate jet lavatories or lack thereof, I have to say the corporate jet we flew had a nice lav. But, that came back to haunt us. You see we were hired to fly down to Florida to take some private pilot yahoos up for a demo flight so that they could grade the jet for some magazine that I'm sure is now out of business. Now as fun as it was to have a PC-12 pilot admonish you for dangerously pulling up to 15 degrees or 20 or whatever it was on climb out because that's just not how you do it on a big plane like a PC-12 and as fun as it was to listen to some Cirrus pilot say "wait till you fly a real plane" because we turned the AP ON (his real plane didn't have one), the real fun was having someone drop off a gift in the lav on a 20 minute flight. And not bother to tell us.

So since we didn't figure anyone would have used the bathroom on such a short flight much less take a dump, we didn't dump the lav and flew the jet home. We completely underestimated the proverbial "and a Florida man..."

The plane sat for 2 or maybe 3 weeks in the hangar during the summer. Eventually you walk on to the jet to check something and find out that the blue juice does lose its magic coating after a while and you just quickly walk off and barf.

Correct, no freeze. I am a returning bypass-furlough and was assigned DTW717B (requested it to be senior.) I am bidding SEA and hoping to not wait too long.

I still can't believe this is the plan. Welcome back to two plus months in the schoolhouse for your first year.

Technical question. I've got a King Air trip coming up. Did the previous pilot leave the ground high heat swith on? Hoped some of you could examine this cockpit photo and help a guy out.

Looks like we are starting service (via SkyWest, of course) from SEA-SAN and SEA-PDX next summer. Whoa, can't believe I posted that after the last picture.
