I'm not sure of a time when ops began immediately on a new category. usually you've got proving runs to do and you've got to get LCA trained and so on.

Meanwhile, acquire another express carrier, which self funds itself through wage concessions while the parent company reports billion dollar profits; have a few hundred $100,000K to $150,000 a year Delta bubbas getting paid to experiment with their facial hair while Pinnacle pilots experiment with applications for government assistance.

From a fleet perspective we're going to park, no, wait, fix, no park, except go fly it back to the TOC, wait, OK, so we fix it next year? Yeah, but we have no pilots on the the MD88 and 757 FO's that are going to the sim for currency, nevermind ... lets hire some pilots.
