Crap. You guys got to see all that. My network cut to coverage of another game before the Lions could even kick the extra point. I hate it when they do that!!

US politics have been reduced to the cult of personality. Which explains why a former community organizer with little to no demonstrated performance outside of academia can be a two-time elected president. I could go on....

Ha ha. They aren't going to let you go on in here. If I ever see you on a layover, I'll buy you a beer (or two. ) and we can have a great conversation about politics and football.

Counting the days! Of course, unless you're rolling into some layover spot at 7 AM, we probably won't cross paths. New York, though, I'm always there!

There is every reason to think that the labels democrat and republican are now meaningless in their contemporary manifestations. There is one party - a Party of Government (PoG) - headquartered in the District of Columbia, which has multiple factions represented by the official parties, bureaucrats, elected officials, and the people who augment their incomes by voting or purchasing influence.

The fact that people (the Tea Party) who arrive on the political scene and are almost universally detested by the PoGs because of their allegedly extreme demands. Those demands are simple: that the government (a) abides by the Constitution, (b) stops the reckless spending and inter-generational theft, and (c) leaves them alone to the maximum extent consistent with a representative Republic.
The fact that such expectations are deemed radical and extreme is concrete evidence that this nation is on a collision course with the dustbin of history.

Also, beware the coming 'HillaryCult' It's mania will be akin to the tingling leg syndrome of the ObamaCult. As usual this country will overlook the incompetence and corruption in it's desire to have elected the first woman President of the United States....Buzz, I believe you may have some first hand information regarding her?

60 minutes just ran a great non political piece about Bengazi. It left more questions then it answered though. I really think the State Dept C.O.C is responsible. That really stinks of politics and there is n o way anyone can overlook the blood on the leadership's hands as it applies to what was done and not done before, during, and after the attack.

But it was political. The leader of the State Department at that time was Hillary Clinton, and 60 Minutes did what all mainstream media do by protecting her at all costs.

That's very political by 60 Minutes.
