I get much better service at a local bank, although they too have made the occasional error.
Yeah, my problem is there aren't any outlets or ATMs in CA. When I use the local "share" credit union, its really not "share." I guess if you are based in ATL, or SLC, or CVG, it might be a good deal. I'm ready to bail ASAP.

Not sure if you have the option, but I switched to USAA banking about 3 years ago and haven't looked back. Deposit checks with your smartphone. Get reimbursed for ATM fees. They've recently opened it up to family members of service people. Worth a look if you haven't already.

I used to have them prior to my USAF retirement and, for some reason, switched to DCCU when I got hired at DAL. Back to USAA ASAP!

USAA Banking is great, other services are starting to severely lack in quality.

+1 to everything you said, plus no international transaction fees.

Absolutely the best banking around.... if you are eligible

Insurance products: Not so much (since they broadened their "risk pool" the rates have been steadily climbing)

I'll second that!

I was outed on an 88 jumpseat tonight after like 30 seconds of talking to the FO... I'm apparently making this too easy.

How do u know you're not going to be the one flying below bug plus ten? And if u are should the FO take the controls?
