Won't that be kind of a bummer for the Mad Dog guys? I mean, as the aircraft slows through 80 knots during the autopilot initiated deep stall on the ERLIN arrival, and they're trying to get the mirror to line up on the whiskey compass as they try to rejoin the arrival while inverted... and the 10-9 pops up? I guess you can't please everybody though.

I hate it when they make videos like that where they are trying sooo hard to have "diversity" that it just seems condescending to the audience.
The tokenism and race/gender square filling is so blatantly obvious that it ends up making you feel vaguely uncomfortable and sorry for the people participating. Like they are being exploited and their status as a minority is the only reason they were chosen.
Kinda works in reverse from the creator's intent.

I spoke with a member of the eLink team in the ATL crew room a few months ago. They absolutely are shooting to give us that technology. Also spoke of setting up the software so that as the aircraft decelerates after landing, a certain speed(maybe 60 kts) triggers the 10-9 to pop up and replace the approach plate you were referencing.

meh. Monty was a good coach in his day, and in the NFL. In college, the Tampa 2 was a mediocre defense. As far as Lane being a good coach... ROTFLMAO... he's a good RECRUITER... but he sucks as a head coach. He's failed 3 times (so far).

While it's not politically incorrect to call attention to the obvious, it is probably incorrect to care about something so small and inconsequential. But, to each his own.
