I had the school mail me my official transcripts which came in sealed envelopes back then. I would have some ready and when you are setting up your interview you can always ask if anything else is required.

I don't remember having them sent directly to DAL, but am not 100% sure about that.

I brought them in myself with all my documents. In my case, they just looked to see that I had brought them but didn't go over in detail. Other guys/gals they went over in detail...

Well, back in the Dark Ages, I brought mine in (in the sealed envelope). I was too paranoid that it would get lost in the mail or miss filed by the Company. Just one less thing I had to worry about...

Hey! It's not called paranoia when you KNOW everyone is out to get you!!

I think some mentioned it already, but I'd have your school mail them in AND bring a copy of your college transcript as well. The panel has no reason to think that you would lie to them and they treat applicants as such. If I could give you one more recommendation from my experience, they like to see you as organised as possible. The group of guys who got rejected from our applicant pool seemed a little frazzled and disorganised. Examples would be unbound logbook records, missing/messy paperwork, disparity between airlineapps and your actual résumé/application.

I've heard from people that applicants who bring their suitcases to the interview (in order to go straight to airport if they get rejected) typically aren't invited to to the second day.

The first question in my mind is where is that much E175 capacity coming from? Surely they can't add that much out west without withdrawing it from somewhere else? I suppose the 717's might be replacing them somewhere in the system... Somebody figure that out and get back to me

Video regarding new Surface 2. (public release)

Does anyone have experience with the Jepp product mentioned? It looks like it does have a lot of functionality. Also looks like RAM mounts are being used from what I can see in the background...

It looks pretty neat. The mounts will be removable suction cup mounts that will remain in the planes. They're pretty big. I saw the setup down in the ATL crew room. A member of the eLink team was demonstrating the product.

When they seek out pilots to do these videos do they say, "You're a female" or "You're African American, will you be in this video for us?" Other than the VP and the lead for this project I don't think I saw one white male captain anywhere in it. Just an observation.
