Default HTC-1 or Galaxy S-4

Guys,

I need a new phone and have it narrowed down to one of these two. Any strong opinions one way or another? One of my biggest concerns is battery life - my current phone is pathetic.

Thanks Scoop

Salvage yards, trade schools, high school shop classes, the World is rotten with old abused JT8D's. Just stick a low stage compressor on it that is too large for the rest of the turbomachinery and it makes it into a -219. Dirty Nick's Greek place uses a JT8 for a food processor. They throw potatoes and spices at it and pick up the prepared food from the bypass duct.

I like the list of the 787-9 customers - 6 of our our biggest SkyTeam partners, not including DAL.

That's the wrong attitude. The Douglas engineers would all be like, "Hey! It made it to Knoxville!"

To them, it would be like the Wright Brothers made it to Wilmington.

ANYONE - know why our schedules are not released? There is plenty of coverage but nobody seems to have gotten what they bid.

As much as I admire (nerd crush, really) the HTC product, the Samsung S4 is a slightly better day in and out machine. The HTC's build is asonishing when you understand the tech needed to pull off the aluminum body. Most people put a cover on their phone, which kind of negates the HTC's coolest feature. You will be pleasantly surprised with either one.

The Samsung comes loaded with a lot of crapware. Turn it off to preserve your battery. Their menu for settings makes it easy to manage.

At least we get those sweet 3% COL raises they said we'd never see because we'd be back in negotiations by....last March!
I went back and looked at Delta's reported net income since contract 2012 took effect:
Third Quarter 2012: $768 million
Fourth Quarter 2012: 238 million
First Quarter 2013: 85 million (Management comment "strongest March quarter in over a decade")
Second Quarter 2013: 844 million

Add it up and you're close to two BILLION dollars in net profit under contract 2012.

And let's look at stock performance. July 2, 2012, the first day the market was open under Contract 2012, Delta closed at $11.12. Today it's over $23 a share...more than double, Delta has been added to the S&P 500 and supposedly we are on track for our best quarterly performance in Delta's history.

I'd say an absolutely stellar performance by Delta management.

Yes, 4, 8.5, 3, 3 are "better than a sharp stick in the eye" but with all the "best and brightest financial consultants available" in Herndon, VA let's compare Delta's results with our "gains".

Draw your own conclusions...

Thanks,

Either one will be a huge improvement over my 4 yr old phone.

Thought with a small AE with no surpluses, it would be out quicker. What math are they re-running?
