14 hr min for downtown overnight. going from barely 12 to 9 hr overnight and having 1 hr commute back and forth stinks. especially when the downtown stinks compared to the inside the aiport hotel. accomodations never changes it.

Did the same analysis about 3 years ago. DirecTV won. I've been very happy with it. I found they blew Dish away for the channels I wanted.
At that time, the friend referral deal on top of their current promotion was better than the Delta deal. Get one of your friends' account numbers, and you and he will get 10 bucks off for the next 10 months. Then after your discounts start falling off, just call and ask what their current promotions are, or start agitating about going back to cable. They will work with you.
I think they're offering Season Ticket for free right now.

Well, I've been critical of DPA, Carl and T.C. I've been studying and reading DPA, Dalpa and ALPA stuff. Attended quite a few lec meetings and road shows. Been involved in union drives at a previous carrier. Spent a couple hours talking with T.C. Met him for the first time and enjoyed our chat. Sure have to respect him for his dedication and sacrifice of his personal time. He answered every question I could think of to my satisfaction. I stated here that I'd never renew my card. Well, I renewed my card. Good luck to our pilot group.

I had a very had experience with Direct TV. Won't ever use them again. It was after the final bill was paid and boxes turned in. I had moved and set up AT and T Uverse all bundled. They said I had ordered a bunch of games that they had not detected before the boxes were turned in. I had not and no one in my family had. It took almost a year of them and a debt collector harrasing me until an attorney friend wrote them a letter to cease.
