Gosh, I had no idea the guys in Mumford & Sons so resembled Ed Helms, Jason Sudeikis, Will Forte, and Jason Bateman!

Very subtle and excellent point. This could me lost on the masses. Try a more blunt approach. Not everyone keeps up.

will there be any access for personal email/browsing on the internets?
Would you want all your personal e-mails accessible by the company? And very likely that all porn sites will be blocked, so what's the point.

For what it's worth, the Apple stores will give you a small corporate (Delta) discount.

Well, there goes any pay increases in 2015...

Like many large companies, Delta is facing a significant increase in healthcare costs in 2014 associated with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010.

...this will result in nearly $100,000,000 in additional costs to Delta’s health plans next year.

You thought I was subtle?

You must be from New Jersey.

Some of those costs are surely going to be passed on to the employees. The Economist is predicting a peak in demand for oil, which could potentially lead to lower fuel prices and higher demand for our product. If so, we could be looking at huge profits, and possibly an end to the petro airlines of the Middle East.

Obviously, we need to help the company shoulder these increased medical costs in 2015. So I think we should give up 42% of our pay and all of our retirement money, just like in 2004-5!

Then they can move those "Expenses" over to the "Profit" side of the balance sheet, show another couple BILLION in Record Earnings, declare an even larger dividend, and give Richard a BIGGER BONUS!

Just think how big our profit sharing checks will be when we give them more...Profit!

Oh wait, our Profit sharing is going to be reduced by 33% by then.

Never mind!

Unless we have some sort of contractual protection, we will end up shouldering these costs, but understand it is not the Company's costs, but a new, large Federal tax and transfer of wealth.
