I know they don't have to give it to me since I am on an international category and I just get restricted to International flights, but want to know when that restriction will kick in. Thanks in advance.
1-800-USA-ALPA ask for scheduling.

Domestic:
It kicks in after 6 calendar days.
After that, you have to have 24 hours off before you occupy a control seat.
ie = They could deadhead you to a 24 hour break but you would have to get it either at home or a hotel before you touch the controls.

FAR 121.471(d) provides:
Each certificate holder conducting domestic operations shall relieve each flight crewmember engaged in scheduled air transportation from all further duty for at least 24 consecutive hours during any 7 consecutive days.
FAR 135.265(d) provides:
Each certificate holder shall relieve each flight crewmember engaged in scheduled air transportation from all further duty for at least 24 consecutive hours during any 7 consecutive days.
In interpreting this provision, the "seven consecutive days" are calendar days while the "24 consecutive hours" are only 24 hours, which may extend over two calendar days.

These are the old rules. I think it all changes real soon. The new rule I have no clue.

It looks a little different than the F/A "get up, get out" simulator.

Clearing imigration in AMS our FWNA DC10 FA's were leading us through the passport guy when the British crew came up behind us, and said, " Nice of you to bring your Mum's along". Our FNWA Capt. promptly turned around to them and said,"when we are done ******* them we will **** yours too"! Suddenly followed by complete silence, and wide eyes, they didn't even respond and we cleared customs behind our Mums!

A dose of condescension from the MEC, addressing our numerous displacements:

"As we are all well aware, displacements and new commutes are never easy, and it can be tough to be junior. But we have to remember that our system works on a seniority basis."

(From today's "True Headings" talking points/spin rag.)

Who writes and proofreads this garbage?

Or this gem:

"Per ALPA financial policies adopted by the Association’s Executive Board, ALPA’s premium payments to Kitty Hawk cover the Kitty Hawk reinsurance premiums. Such premium payments are budgeted for payment from ALPA funds.

All other Kitty Hawk expenses are paid from Kitty Hawk funds, not from ALPA dues."

So our dues money does or does not fund Kitty Hawk?

"DPA’s primary advisor and legal representative has been fired or replaced by the pilots of SWAPA, APA, USAPA, and the IPA, among others. The USAPA leadership described the firm as a “single point of failure,” vindictive, incompetent, and as interfering in the political process of their union."

We've heard numerous times about the failings of the Seeham firm.

I have seen first hand the failings of ALPA legal and/or their legal team.

This does not denote support of DPA. It's just the truth.

Trust me.
Well, I'm going to have to add another video to YouNoob's Tsquare Channel..."Most pathetic ways to pick up women".
