Thanks in advance.
No. It will drop the entire trip next month without pay. I learned this lesson the hard way.

Okay,

I'm all ears. Since T won't expound on LBP beyond saying he has run some numbers and that we don't make airplane purchase decisions, and since I have a bias against it due to several obvious problems which get compunded with any merger, growth, shrinkage scenario...

Convince me that LBP is a good idea.

AE is out via backdoor.
Go to crew resources, pull up the Mar20 bid award. Paste this into the appropriate spot in the URL as a replacement:

Advanced_Entitlements/Bids/Results/Bidawd130614

enjoy
And yes, I know Sinca won't be able to do this... :0

Just so people in Oakland don't feel left out you also get a increase in flights. However, as the red headed step-child your flights will be on CR7 and CR9's
Just think, if DAL In-flight would play ball there would be 3 jump seats available to DAL pilots on every one of those flights. Instead there will be 1.

I thought that years ago also, now I know I would be doing International till I hang up my spurs. Be careful with what you wish for.
I do think pay banding is in our future because of future training loads and that is a first step.

I'm afraid of 744s being replaced by A333s.

That's a win.

There is stagnation, but with the massive retirements coming there will be lots of upward movement, and thus better pay increases than what would happen under long term under LBP. Training is an issue, but its not our issue to fight or to help.

I just think it is another bone to throw to the senior among us! They get WD pay for domestic flying (which the majority will bid) and displace the junior to INTL for lower seniority. I am most interested in QOL. Now I can bid low paying equipment and be relatively senior. Most seniority on equipment would reflect the overall seniority list under LBP IMO.

On another note, ATL 88b, only 30 guys were allowed min credit condition on PBS. It says because of Admin. Nothing like being forced to fly 90 hours (ALV+15)!

OMG... this was a total bloodbath, the worst AE I've seen for junior guys in years.

I moved backwards 11%! From solid line holder to not having a line for 5 of the last 12 months!
Literally the worst day for me re Delta for the last 5 years. Everything all the pro-TA crowd has spouted for the last year rings totally hollow right now.
