Would I get an infraction if I showed a eagle disemboweling a house cat in public? I found one.
Look if people are going to be ugly, let em'. Shows more about them than you right? For instance, go back a year and look at some of the stuff directed at me because I took the TA's Section 1 numbers, the old PWAs Section 1 language, a math question posed here for background and calculated some things out. The correct response just needed to be that the math is wrong here or there or somewhere and that'd be the end of it. But it's not how it went. Which made/makes me wonder, and fear, the math is right and either something was missed or our view of give and take leans more towards surrender.
As to traitor? Nobody is a traitor for voting TA 2012 up or down imho.

As I've said before, if you want to be happy......don't hang around with unhappy people. But, this place is like crack, you can only stay away for so long without going to a meeting.
There is one of our more popular members who can't agree with anyone on here, generally takes the opposite view........but at least he can't do it under 3 paragraphs. He hates the union and the company but if you read his stuff in other threads (ie SWA stuff) you'd think he bleeds Delta Blue

I guess I don't mind you complaining.............if it was just complaining. But, you also tell me that I'm some sort of weak dick traitor or other things from the comfort of your keyboard. ..
So...................once again..................I think the standard is, would you REALLY say what you type in a bar to a guy with a half full mug of beer in his hand????? Probably not, and why it bugs me guys say provoking stuff on here.

Every once in a while somebody wants to hit me with that beer mug, but it's generally because they feel a deep loyalty toward ALPA and it pains them to hear somebody cite what they've done. Mostly, guys just respond by pulling out a blank DPA card and asking me if I've sent mine in. Then again, I've never referred to somebody as a weak-dick traitor. But I have told guys that they simply can't allow fear to be the basis for their decisions. You'll be too easily manipulated into an incorrect decision if you do. If that makes me a keyboard warrior, then...oh well.

Imagine I t-boned your car in a parking lot and said sorry so sad gotta go. You'd complain. And if I saw you every day you'd complain. And you'd complain if I said quit complaining, its annoying. I wonder how many times I'd have to say quit complaining before you just stopped?
Oh btw, I'm the police officer, judge and jury if you want to sue. So let me add, quit complaining, if you want something done go to court.

I say exactly what I say here in a bar surrounded by guys with empty beer mugs. Although I much prefer being surrounded by women with empty beer mugs. Every once in a while somebody wants to hit me with that beer mug, but it's generally because they feel a deep loyalty toward ALPA and it pains them to hear somebody cite what they've done. Mostly, guys just respond by pulling out a blank DPA card and asking me if I've sent mine in.

My last bar fight was at Nellis during a Red Flag (ok, no punches were throw but it's still a good story). One guy thought I was too afraid to knock him off the ball in a crud match....he was wrong, and I was wrong to think he wouldn't be offended by my agressive move. Thank gawd we both had "understanding" squadron commanders

So here's the deal, I came off short call at 1730 today and was to start short call again at 0330 tomorrow. I get a call from scheduling at 1822 giving me a "heads up" on my rotation tomorrow which reports at 0500. She tried to make it sound like she was doing me a solid by calling me then instead of 0330. How legit is this? I didn't get 12 hours notice yet Now I'm expected to make report time which She knows I wouldn't have made if called at 0330. I've been on mil leave for over a year and don't remember this tactic.
