They try to keep a certain proportion of pilots from different backgrounds in each class. You'll get a call as soon as they need one of "you..." shouldn't be too much longer.
Classes start every other Monday.

I was told that almost the whole class went to the MD-88 in ATL.
Thanks,
BFS

From what I hearing you numbers for the equity stake are a little off. I think that you need to call your rep.
New hires will get about five times your number.
I would venture to guess that IF this comes to a vote, it will be voted down.
There are way to many issues here.

Not sure of the exact drop, but there were around 14 or so NYC 7ER slots and about the same number of NYC M88 slots. I think there were 15 or so ATL M88 slots then a few CVG and SLC M88/90 slots.

Not to change the subject...
I received my "clear to train" email over a week ago - but still no phone call from Brian yet. Anyone else waiting for a class date?
Also, I know a class started today (3/17) - does anyone know when the next class is scheduled to begin?
Thanks.

3/17 drop:
14 7ER JFK
15 M88 NYC
14 M88 ATL
3 M88/90 CVG
2 M88/90 SLC
48 Total
The top 2 both took SLC. Most junior M88 ATL went to #31, most junior 7ER went to #33. The bottom 15 all got M88 NYC.
Next class April 7.

I was "cleared to train" about 3 weeks ago and I have not been called yet. It was my understanding that the April 7th class was still wide open. I am very excited, but I must admit I have no fingernails left as I have anxiously chewed them all off waiting by the phone. Good luck guys and I hope to see you there soon!

Hang in there. I've been through this a few times. If you got the "cleared to train" you are good to go. I know its difficult to wait but it will happen. Brian Bolt and his team are humming at about a million miles an hour right now with all of the classes and the numbers of new hires and returning furloughed guys and gals. They're on it. As hard as it may sound, try to enjoy your final few days with family and friends before the training hits.
See you on the line soon,
