You were not legal to DH on the flight unless it was scheduled originally as a crew positioning flight with the DOD and they were notified in advance. If contractually the DH was legal then the focus of your FCR should be why the company wasted money paying you extra to layover when they could have sent you right home had they built the rotation that way.

I strongly suspect in this case a DH home would have been illegal by the contract. The pilot was correctly scheduled to layover. He was trying to iron man it home. If he was legal to DH then his FCR should be about why crew schedules wasted money not giving him a legal DH home on the flight.

They have a saterr'ite!
Hey, all of you Guard or Reserve guys, get ready, they may have to re-activate "Team America".
North Korea just declared war on South Korea!
I don't know if they celebrate April Fools day in North Korea, but if not, that kid really needs an azzwhoopin'.
Or maybe he's just lonely, like his dad?

Everyone remain calm. The thread is back. Fellow mods pulled a good one on 80 & I.
Pro Diem widget was hanging up on my trying to get my data, the script didn't run past clicking the "time card" button. I called them, they worked through it on phone with me using the the widget on their server, 10 min later we're done and the data should arrive via email tomorrow. I was impressed, much better than flightline.
While trying to find my training dates, I also ran across how to get your annual sick time usage, which has been eluding me forever! In case someone else out there couldn't figure out how to see how much total sick time you've used, here's the secret:
Icrew> payhours dropdown> timecard > type in option D, ok >click "by year"
viola, there's your yearly sick time usage.
If you type in 1Jun12 on the "by year" screen then click ok, it will work thru the months giving you a running total each time you click OK.
the more you know...
Now I suppose I'll be forced to do my taxes when the pro-diem data arrives tomorrow
