Any bets on how many times "overstaffed" is mentioned in the May resources memo?
Thank about how many more displacements it would have taken to fill those positions... By the grace and attempt at minimizing training at Crew Resources we go... This could have gone from marginally positive as it is now to "meh" to downright painful had they forced into those positions (except the 73NA)
Maybe their accuracy with this bid is a sign that they finally will need to replace vacancies as they occur for...dare I say it. Next summer??

We are employed by an airline making record profits, and we're displacing 300+ pilots to lower paying equipment. Which will likely continue as 737-900's are delivered.
It's damn painful to watch my more junior brothers suffer through this kind of backward movement and stagnation. Especially when our "network" grows.

Although Delta seems to be wanting to align DCI uniforms closer to Delta, might I suggest something more... authoritative for your portion of lift d.b.a Delta. My favorite concept so far:
