Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
It sure was fun talking about HBO's "Big Love" in the Salt Lake crew lounge! All kidding aside, SLC has plenty of hotties and the city is one of the cleanest in the country. Pretty safe too. The further south you go the bigger the hair. I swear that 80's hair band hair is still in vogue. Real snow, hot chics, big mountains, nice people and guns. Lots and lots of guns!!!
Just a small history lesson for youze outsiders who think your safe in SLC. They just LOVE outsiders!!

Ok, all in fun, honest. I still have lots of close LDS friends from high school.

No, they aren't that stupid. You can't eat gold....
They are now the largest private land owner, largest private cattle operation, largest private wheat farm, and I beleive the largest citrus grower in the U.S. They own ALOT of land that produces food. A bushel of wheat will be worth more than a bushel of gold if you are hungry.

Anyone that prepared won't just be prepared for one end of the spectrum. While you can't eat gold, no matter how bad things get, there will eventually (and it really won't take that long) be the need for something that meets the criteria for a medium of exchange (recognizeable, malleable, dividable, portable, non perishable, etc.) I doubt they are too worried about something that's been the undisputed king of universal currency for thousands of years suddenly and permanently going out of style. Not to mention things could get pretty bad but stop short of getting "that bad" in the first place. IOW, it isn't going anywhere in the long run. It can't be all you have, but if you have a lot or anything, you're nuts not to have at least some gold, which is why they and everyone else with "money" always do.

I don't think I've ever met anyone that actually likes it. It's just a silly rite of passage.
Here's the story of how it got started.

Similar but not as satisfying are pastis, ouzo, sambuco. Citron.
If I'm not drinking those then I'll be drinking one of 30 single malts or so.
Seriously, if you ever expect you might have a buddy from the old squadron drop in, you should have some Jeremiah Weed to offer. We were supposed to learn that before making it thru RTU, along with a lot of other Bro Code stuff.
Where did you guys hear this, and if it's true then why haven't I? Dang man, buying scotch cheap in Mexico is the only reason I ever set foot in that country! Does this apply to DomRep too?
So what's the story with the AA FA? Usually the tequila at the airport duty free was a good 30% cheaper than in the states. This sucks.
So is it just me or did they figure out this back door trick and lock the schedules page? It looks like the CA awards are out but then when you click on it you get the infamous log in page.
