That remains to be seen, per the PWA 1.e.8. we should be...

Delta currently flies a fraction of what Virgin Atlantic flies between the US and Britain.
Having Delta pilots fly even just half of all DAL/VA JV flying would be a huge increase on Delta pilots part...

The difficult equation is whether DAL keeps the US Britain flying in the current transatlantic JV or establishes a new JV and breaks out that flying from the existing Transatlantic JV with AF/KLM/AZ.
Each of these scenarios will require a reset of the EASK balance in the current AF/KLM/AZ JV.

That's why it's important to understand that right now Delta is well below the goal of 50% and even well below the lowest permissible limit of 48.5%...

George, your little graph shows 2013, and it May 2013, doesn't it show 50-50? Doesn't that trigger the start of a new measurement period? Isn't the rest of the graph to the right of March just the best guess based on OAG data? Has AF loaded its full fall pulldown?

Got a relative that works air traffic control. The FAA controllers will work less hours (budget cuts) and have to reduce services. With fewer people in the towers it probably means runway closures. I have heard the FAA may close some towers at smaller airport or curtail hours.

Actually, I can live without 10/28.

But political or not, I have this novel idea on how to prevent sequestration... OFFER UP A BUDGET.

That's too simple. Where's the drama?

ftb- Max and Erma's is by far my favorite in DTW. My stomach yearns at the thought of a sante fe chicken salad.

...and their tortilla soup is unreal.

My "little graph" is based on the IAAC's graph, it's just the portion covered by the current compliance period starting April 2011.

The summer schedules 2013 are pretty much set (you have to load flights in advance after all to sell the tickets) for winter these are the projections of the IAAC.

Simply reaching 50% doesn't cause a "reset."
It's the average that has to reach 50% on a 3-year lookback.

There is a provision in 1.P.4 Note Two that let's the company start a new 3-year compliance window if we reach 49.75% on a 12-month lookback, maybe that's what you had in mind?

Cheers

Online Cafe. Stuffed Pepper Soup. They have a crew menu and if I remember correctly, all you can eat pancakes in the morning!

You can phone in your order from the airplane and walk to pick it up ready 10 minutes later. Good employee deals.
