No sir and no ma'am! Ain't us!
We do have delay codes for the acars.

But a phone call? I guess we know what the new crisis du jour is. I guess we need a new line check blitz.

I think we should get those phone calls when we are reviewing the performance numbers, just in time to be confused on whether or not the "flaps" were called for. If you answer they can also gig you for forgetting to turn off your cell phone.

Almost every phone call to a pilot about a late push is because ACS has coded it as a pilot delay. The cpo is only calling to make sure we are not taking a hit for a delay that was not ours. They are not on a pilot witch hunt.

Yep... reading that crew resources memo, things just didn't add up. And I can't quite put my finger on it.

Taking 13 more airplanes on the 88 side and not planning to add any positions??

Displacing the rest of the 767 category and not planning on adding any FO positions? (there are well over 100 767 FOs)

Displacing the entire DC-9 category, planning on starting up 717 flying in the same conversion while wanting to sustain DC-9 flying but can't train many people on the 717?

That memo ain't right...

I guess I'm not good at sarcasm.

It is confusing.

I was watching The Big Bang Theory. I've never seen a full episode. Now I've seen 4 in a row. it reminds me of this place except no Penny.

We should have a Penny. I guess we can always just post pictures of their Penny I guess?

Something AIN'T right about it. How can they be talking about closing the DC-9's down in one breath and then in the next mention how many DC9 crews they can train (only 2) per month?

I think the DC-9 category's are sticking around, at least until the next AE.

That is, until I am proven wrong -- again.

And endgame...

American Airlines parent AMR Corp. AAMRQ -2.40% and US Airways Group Inc. LCC +3.34% are hashing out the last major details of a merger agreement that would create the world's largest airline and are racing to finalize a deal, said people close to the discussions.
