I believe that is for; Lay Over Meals, No With holding.

It's your perdiem, you have to claim it as income then deduct your meal expenses to get it back.

It's either your taxable or non taxable per diem. If its a big number then its the non taxable.

Yeah, there's nothing open for the entire month!! Just like January. Rotel, velveeta, chips and some Sierra Nevadas baby! Don't know who I'm rooting for. I just hope they hurt each other.

Buzz;
When I was there, there was no western food available in the ville. There was Ms Kim's McDonalds, a street cart where you could get a mystery meat burger with a fried egg on top for the post-soju-nightly-binge-3am meal, a bunch of Bulgogi joints, etc. On base, while I was there, they added a Mexican place that was really welcome and closed the "steam and cream".

Pretty much what you did day in and day out was fly, lift, drink, coordinate.

They must have opened it later. It was some of the best pizza I've ever had, really cheap beer, and they just pounded the rock music all night long. Lots of drunk female airmen to gaze at.
