General question.
Trying to retrieve old rotations (anything greater than about 3 months old) but ecrew keeps telling me "NO ROTATION DATA PRESENT". Is there an alternate way to go back and get last year's rotations on ecrew for tax purposes? Or a better way to get the RON locations after the fact? Never needed to itemize in CVG I flew so infrequently, but ATL's another story...
Thanks.

Alright, the more I watch the obnoxious dancing defense of the Falcons and a QB who was nicknamed "ice" before he had accomplished anything, the more I want to cheer aga... for them.

But I pay Flightdata $50 and get all my per diem info for my taxes from them. Google "flightline data expenses" and you'll find it. Saves a lot of work and they make a nice product.

Here's the numbers from FY 2010, which was paid in Feb 2011, this is from the ALPA email:
Delta’s 2010 pretax profit was $608 million; our contract excludes several expense items so Delta’s pretax profit was $1.94 billion for purposes of calculating profit sharing. ØSince some labor groups have a different profit sharing calculation, Delta divided the profit sharing payments appropriately between the two plans. ALPA’s Economic & Financial Analysis Department has reviewed and verified those calculations.
ØYour profit sharing payment for the 2010 calendar year will be approximately 6.5% of your 2010 eligible earnings; Delta plans to distribute the profit sharing check on February 14th, and it will be a separate payment from your mid-month paycheck.
---
The contract lays it all out for expense items, I don't have the time to look and see what it would calculate out to. The email from ALPA that year was dated Jan 26, 2011 so I imagine we should be getting more information about profit sharing shortly.
Same thing with our 2012 W-2s, those emails (if you have electronic delivery) have come Jan 20-22nd, so we should get those shortly as well.

My back of the napkin math just came up with a really nice figure based on trying to comprehend what you were saying. But then I set my beer back on the napkin and soaked right through it. Plus I lost the last 4 digits of that hot chick's phone number. I can still try to call her; worst case I'll get it right in under 10,000 attempts. At least I think she was a she. Hmmm. Maybe it was for the best. Anyway, what's your guess on the % of our 2012 W-2's?

Good points, but you couldn't look at the upgauging/scope part of the contract, base a yes vote on that, and NOT expect hiring to occur. The issue is timing. SD was not lying when he said he expected to hire. He went wrong with his non-commital comment about hiring as early as last year (the purpose of which was obvious). And I was wong when I guardedly trusted he was being forthright on the timing.
Sailing argued that the initial hiring would have been small, and was snuffed out by a small RMA and large mil leave return. Maybe. Either way you cut the numbers, the retirements are slow in ramping up, and the 717 deliveries were not immediate. So, even if I thought SD was accurate, I didn't think we would have a large wave of hiring until retirements and 717 deliveries were both really steady.
Unless there is another shell game hidden in there, it seems like they're just delaying the inevitable until they get to the almost unmanageable. Which would be SOP for airline hiring.

My guess "relief" would be higher TLV/ALV than the contract specifies for certain fleets (they did this with the M88 in 2008 or 2010, I believe) or the entire airline. Or maybe keeping some RJs rather than retiring them as the contract requires. If hiring can't keep up with demand, I'm sure the Company will request some sort of relief.
