Recently got the itch again for "boost" and found a cheap 335 that I've massaged another 100rwhp and 100rwtq out of. Fun car especially b/c no one expects it. Currently in the market for a more reliable fun car!
My recently remanufactured 1992 mr2 turbo just came out of the paint shop. After breaking it in, I'm taking it to the dyno shop. With the adjustable boost controller and suite of other goodies, I'm looking at squeezing an easy 300 rwhp out of it - dependable, but enough. 13 lbs of boost should do it.

As far as I know, automatics were the only available transmissions in the supra TT's. N/A's had available manuals.

Thanks Elvis.

You are right, I found it in the PWA as well.

Moak has not signed the Pinnacle Bridge Agreement yet.

Our Reps still have time to act.

If we fail to act, National will state that we (our Reps) did nothing. Who's fault is that ?

I remain an ALPA supporter. Our union's governance is currently broken, but the documents which govern our actions have not changed. We have elected Reps, some of whom have not yet taken office, who better understand they represent voting line pilots (not non member staff attorneys, or individual politicians no matter how powerful they might be in this season).

ALPA and Delta management timed this Pinnacle Bridge Agreement strategically, through a narrow window of opportunity ... over the Holidays, during a change in Delta MEC Administration and before the Rep Elects are to take office.

There will be real harm as a result of this deal. You probably will be correct that my central defense of ALPA will be undermined by this Pinnacle Bridge Agreement. Not just Delta, but all mainline carriers may be forced out of our union as our express carriers pull up a seat and negotiate with our management for our flying.

Or, maybe we will resolve the representational conflict through a merger. Maybe Lee Moak is going for the hail Mary pass ... structural unity. (I always want to give our union room to do the right thing and fix outsourcing by using their strongest tool, UNITY)

The fact I do not know the strategic direction of our union is a direct result of our failure to even hold a meeting to consider the alleged breaches of the Railway Labor Act, Constitution and Administrative Manual. We can not know the outcome of a Special MEC meeting if we fail to even call the meeting. We can never know the result of an Executive Council if it never happens.

ACL65 was correct when he said "process matters." I believe we are making progress in the form of our new Rep Elects, most of whom have stated they would call the meeting if they had the power to do so.

**Disclaimer**

I should know more about PBS than I do. I'm junior, and as such, usually just accept the fact that I will have a crappy schedule and not get the days off that I want.

However, I don't understand the reasons many people junior to me get a line, and I'm on reserve again. I even have a coveted February vacation.
I called the PBS help line and it went straight to VM.

If anyone has any thoughts, I'd love to hear them.

Thanks

Jughead,

I'm far from a PBS expert, but there are a few ways you can hose yourself. Do you ever use ALL OR NOTHING, or CLEAR SKED AND RESTART? Do you enter any kind of conditions, such as check in/check out times? Really, if you don't tell PBS that it MUST meet all of your requests and there is enough time I'm fairly certain it should build you a line.

BTW, did any of the guys junior to you with lines have training credit, vacation credit, etc? Or where they built solid credit lines from just trips?

Thanks for the reply and you probably got it - for the first time, ever, I put in a qualifier of "prefer check-in after 9 AM". Maybe that is what hosed me.
I have no idea why that affects anything, but I'll pull that out for the next bid.

I think it depends on what you put after that. If that's all you put, and it could NOT honor it, then I think it's still supposed to build you a line with trips that check in before 0900. Unfortunately, my knowledge on this is not extensive. I'm lucky if I have enough seniority to hold off the days I don't want to be on reserve.

Hopefully someone who can actually help you will chime in soon.

Jughead,
I'm a PBS Jedi, man
That wouldn't do it-- that is a deniable preference, and if PBS can't build a schedule with it in place, it will just deny it and re-run the completion attempt.

Like Johnso said, unless you put an un-deniable statement in there such as clear sched and start next (then didn't have a next group), OR all or nothing, then you could have a hundred "prefer this... avoid that..." and it will still build you a line. In the end it will just deny everything and end up with a final statement "Award Trips", and if there is any way to build a line it will.

Unless all the trips in your cat would not fit on your line with vacation you have, you should get a line. And as an M88 ATL guy there should be plenty of shorter trips that will fit around a vacation.

Copy your bid group and post if you want it looked at.

Thanks. It's a simple enough bid.
