That is a good idea, especially if they go through the same process and completely make the RJ unusable again like they do with the car.

Awesome idea.

I've got an idea, if the 748 is really more efficient then the 744 then lets do a 1 for 2 swap. One 744 for 2 748s. And I'm not even one that really wants to fly them as I like domestic flying, I just like looking at them and the notion of them being around.

While the info may or may not be true, the use of a numerical (in this case date) discriminator is an easy way to identify the source of a leak.

In other news, I heard that there were going to be several management positions eliminated.....

That should not be too hard. I think Coors is looking for cheap aluminum.

Exactly. There have been many dates given. Fact is that DAL will announce when they have all of their ducks in a row.

And as you say they do this a lot to see where the leaks are. Never believe a date, just a concept. DAL moves dates all of the time.

You think Tim will enjoy his return to line flying?

And now you add that tidbit? Which is it? Proof?

Do not know. I enjoy flying, I am sure he does too!
It is the reason all of us got in to this biz. There is something to be said, for flying from point A to B and then going to the hotel for a nice dinner, a jog and a nice long nap.
I have found this to be a lot more enjoyable than a few other things.
