Looking at first joint AE shortly after the new year bell tolls.
Detroit already is an ER base. They have a 757 international category and they are going to be trained on the 767. No need to open a new category.

I do not argue that. It was looked at and it is not worth the issues it causes at this time.

It's amazing what you remember and what you forget. On my last rotation, the CA forgot his 20th marriage anniversary. No, I'm not joking. His wife actually didn't seem to mind. God is he a lucky man.

Oh she minded. She was just waiting for him to get home to kick his six.

So obvious I overlooked it. Good point. They just need to move airplanes around, I suppose.

I am not a lawyer, but I seriously doubt verifying MIL LV is against the law. I received plenty of calls/inquiries over the years from various companys concerning MIL LVs. "Probing" was your word, not mine. USERRA is very powerful, as it should be, but nothing prohibits verification.

If anything goes against the intent of USERRA, it is the companies that try to make it uncomfortable for guys to put in for MIL LV. Lets just hope DAL does not become one of them.
