Detroit already is an ER base. They have a 757 international category and they are going to be trained on the 767. No need to open a new category.

I am not a lawyer, but I seriously doubt verifying MIL LV is against the law. I received plenty of calls/inquiries over the years from various companys concerning MIL LVs. "Probing" was your word, not mine. USERRA is very powerful, as it should be, but nothing prohibits verification.
If anything goes against the intent of USERRA, it is the companies that try to make it uncomfortable for guys to put in for MIL LV. Lets just hope DAL does not become one of them.
