Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
iCrew Max = Great!
Microsoft Outlook = ... not sure ... GMail integration is perfect across multiple platforms to keep everything linked and snyc'd. With Android you are probably going to want to port over to Google's product, it is just so much better ....
Commuting Apps = Great! Faster, easier
Voice Command = Sort of Broken ... was great ... now Siri like
The GIII is a data hungry animal (as is the new iPhone 5). Suggest a solid, fast, network like AT&T or Verizon. Our family have been Sprint Customers forever and Sprint hosed their network up, then began chasing the iPhone crowd which clogged their EVDO speeds down. I think we get a 23% discount on AT&T. Been thinking about trying them.

It is a low of 28 tomorrow night in ATL and a high of 51. So much for global warming.

Wrongwrongwrongwrongwrong You're WRONG!
Feeling a bit more fringe today, Bar? Yikes.... This is up there with some of your more paranoid and out there posts!
(see, NERD, it's possible to disagree with someone on the internet without turning yourself inside out and blowing a fuse)

I burned leaves today and at least increased carbon levels in the neighborhood.
Care to elaborate on "Wrongwrongwrongwrongwrong You're WRONG!". Perhaps instead of stating that Delta continued NWA's "capacity discipline" I should have wrote "accelerated it. (Sailingfun will be along to tell me that we're doing great ... and his seniority might be ... or maybe he's a JetBlue, Alaska or Spirit, pilot ... they're happy to take our spillage )

So, a 737-800 packed to the gills and on time has to wait for an inbound Alaska flight and a Great Lakes Brasilia that aren't even here yet.
Glad we can be so accommodating to other airlines pax. Our Delta pax weren't so happy burning on the taxiway for 40 minutes. I'm sure marketing has an answer but it sure doesn't seem like we're doing right by OUR passengers.
Flew from MIA to LAX today and landed precisely in our "arrival window." Our scheduled gate was 67. As I was braking and exiting the high speed, we got a gate change ACARS message to a gate that was occupied by a Frontier jet. Our gate, 67, was empty at the time. We called the ramp and asked why our gate had been changed to one that was occupied from one that was currently empty. The answer: there's an inbound Alaska flight which will now get our original gate. OK, how about another gate since Frontier isn't scheduled to push for 30 minutes? No, a Great Lakes Brasilia, inbound, gets the other empty one.

Capacity discipline was not an NW thing. You need to research your history better. What we are seeing with the AF/KL code share is running closer and closer to what NW did with that trend will continue to accelerate. I would agree with you if you had stated it that way. I don't like it, but that's what they are doing.
As far as the global warming thing, you've lived in GA long enough to know better than what you stated about having a 70 degree day in Nov. It's going to be below average by as much in the coming week. Would you care to blame that on Global Cooling?
