If you can get a car, drive 2 hrs. up rt. 27 to Sebring, you are more than welcome here Buzz. There's lots of food and I've got plenty of Sams in the fridge for the Pats/Jets game later, so come on up!

I hope you all have a great day, where ever you may be.

Oh, and what's the over/under we see Tebow in the game tonight??

Happy Thanksgiving to all, especially all the folks who weren't able to be home today with friends and family. Hope they have a good spread for everyone today in their base lounge.

There have been very few Greenslips given out so far this week. I certainly would not call it a panic. There are a order of magnitude more greenslips given out with almost any weather event. Overall the sick leave rate does not rise much over holidays. For the most part our pilots have a pretty good integrity level. There are off course notable exceptions but overall its pretty good.

At JetBlue we got 2X pay on holidays. Junior reserve guys would get reserve days on holidays, but if you were a lineholder you had to be in the top half to get a trip over most holidays. We got 2X pay on Christmas and Christmas Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.

Maybe in your category, but in mine, which usually has only 1-2 G/S per month, they have given out 5 on the 20th, and 5 more yesterday, each one for at least a 30+hr. trip.

Well free to who... What are YOU willing to give up for it?

Kidding, I'm sure it is desired but it was likely lower on the want list... Once we can eliminate all the other non-sense still in the PWA I think it would move up the priority list.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I'd rather have the free turkey sandwich.
