Neat. I've moved "up" 800 numbers since the sli, but am way junior to where I was with only 1.5 years with the company. Myself and my north compatriots with 12 years longevity are looking at a displacement off a junior narrowbody on this bid.... I'm continually glad at the rush to sign the TA with workrule givebacks...
Amen and +717
If what crew resources is saying about the next AE comes true then I as well am looking at the potential to be booted off a jr. narrowbody (and the resultant pay cut). 11+ years after hired.
Still waiting for all this supposed growth and upward movement.

Where are the AE Results?
man, the employee bus system in Atlanta is horrendous.
As a junior bubba myself it gets kinda old to hear us complain. Of course I want more but gee whiz. Look around. I may be stagnating but I'm stagnating at Delta. Not many feel sorry for me when I b!tch and moan. I'm way better off here and I came from arguably the best regional to work for. Most Captains I fly with have been furloughed once or twice. Lost their jobs at TWA or elsewhere. Stuck in the dead zone. Been through bankruptcy. Now they have kids in college and are still trying to figure out how to recover from financial loss, pay for college and fund a retirement. I don't expect anyone hired prior to 2007 to have any sympathy for me. I'm happy these guys have till 65 to make up for some of the losses. They need the time. When us junior folks complain, try to think about the misfortunes of the rest of the seniority list. Now, about this fiscal cliff...
