I remember you talking about that night. Nothing like flying into LGA @ night in crummy WX while you're dog tired.

I have posted answers to contract question here. I am sure I have been wrong at times. A large number of answers on here are wrong. You pay dues. Call DALPA and speak with someone in contract admin. They have computers that have the same level of access as the crew scheduling computers and can sort this kind of thing out and give you the correct answer. Crew Scheduling makes a lot of mistakes during a IROPS. Make sure you get what you are contractually due to receive. If you have a contract or scheduling problem contact contract admin or post the question on the DALPA forum in the committee section.

Why were all the 50 seat RJs not parked at LGA? Problem solved and collect insurance on them to replace our lost profit sharing!

My regional airline buddies are 777 Captains now, after they "failed" to get hired at Delta in 2007. You can imagine how enthralled they are to hear my stories of flying the MD88 to Jackson, MS.

Of course, I'd better stop before Alpha comes along and tells me to go join them.

Seriously, though...

If I were in your shoes, I would probably go. Why wouldn't you? Why wouldn't you go to where your prospects are best?

The Russians don't care if the airport is flooded.

Thanks Sailing. That doesn't sound too different from using the bank. I'll probably just keep my 56 hour October, and get a big November check. It all works out the same...
