Many languages use the term to denote extraordinary hubris. It is probably rooted in testosterone, the producer of which is the cojones. It may seem/sound somewhat rude, but linguistically it has been around a long time and will probably be around for a long time to come.

In social circles, it may not be politically correct. However, it is likely both anatomically and body chemistry correct.

IMO, whether you were an astronaut, especially an early astronaut or a guy in a spacesuit about to do a supersonic parachute jump, the descriptor fits well.

Glad to see he's human.
The view was amazing, I'm sure. My 6 year old sat on the couch for 2 hours glued to the TV today and actually gasped when Baumgartner stepped off the platform. Tonight, before he fell asleep, he was reenacting the jump with lego figurines.....

Yeah, but if it began with a deadhead from ATL, it was an ATL rotation. Scheduling will do that if there's insufficient coverage in base (NYC in this example), but it's still an ATL rotation.

As far as I know, you can't YS an out of base trip.

makes some sense. I get what T said about it being crass. but I have a hunch a eunuch would lack testosterone to do dangerous stuff? such as sleep with the Kings concubines?

It means using vertical speed instead of VNAV in the -88. For God's sake man, there's no speed protection!!!

Family.................$401.

Also remember that if you choose the DPMP, you MUST use the DPMP dental, which is the same plan as the Comprehensive, but is $2-7/month less than the Comprehensive plan if chosen as a stand-alone or in conjunction with any other DAL medical plan.

As an aside:
The DPMP improvement is another one if the little things that came about from C2012, of course everyone would like it to be even lower, but the prior contract plan was 27% cost borne by the pilots, now it is 22%. Which translates to an decrease in the cost by 18.5% (partially offset by the overall increase in cost YOY)

The consolidation of the DPMP-N, PPO and DPMP into one plan saved money too, and enabled an INCREASE in covered benefits.
Sounds good.
