Every Capt. category has an X in it, but you can't see them yet.

It is even better when 6 people flying in other bases senior to you view your schedule(s) while an AE is open.

Thanks.
Look in the windows. If the people look like this:

o
|| || || = Not Modded

If you see cubicles with little hands, like this

= Modded

Yeah, but does he have a Daewoo Nubria Wagon?

This actually cost twice what I earned on my last green slip.

They are following the guidelines agreed upon almost exactly for total number of short calls. They are allowed to increase the number of shortcalls if a IROPS is expected however audits have shown no abuse by the company using that out. Historically the average pilot on reserve at Delta sits right around 3 short calls per month. It varies with category and time of year but the statement that they simply put guys on shortcall up to the 6 max because they can has never been shown to be even close to correct.
I must have been living in my alternative universe in June, July, and August (got a line for Sep).
