I'm pretty much the bottom of the barrel in a large category and have seen no SC abuse. In fact I find the new system very predictable and a vast improvement over the old random assignments that we used to get. Now don't get me started on the new raw bucket system for trip assignments.

It'd be nice if the reserve availability list had another selection that said... Next Pilots For 4-Day Trips: and then listed the names and maybe any limits like max hours the trip can be worth in case there is some 30/7 limit or what have you.
Same with SC, Next Pilots For SC:....
Not the availability list but rather who is up next especially with SC.
Just a thought. And to be honest, even if it was a brilliant thought and they said "LET'S DO IT!" it'd be like a year or so before IT would get to it.
