Bravo! Weiner (BTW ex-Kew Gardens Congressman ) and Lumberg in one swoop... Well done.
Wasn't "DP" last night though. I don't care who it is, it's common knowledge (look how well Boomer does from a much more shall we say "controversial" position) that it's poor form to discuss internal topics as an outsider. You and I don't necessarily agree on "internal topics" but you and I are both members in good standing who currently are part of the organization... We actually understand what the reality is and have the ability to vote, volunteer, and submit resolutions to affect real change. When juniorbus flows and finishes probation, by all means he has every right to critize, because he will be part of the organization... Until then he needs to understand his place (this is much more than "one post" from a few days ago ).
It's less than a week until college football season, you have any new cheerleader pics?

Completely agree, however take a stroll through your average mall and check out the intelligence level of the average iPhone user. They are a marketing machine.
I plan on shorting APPL. Taking ideas from Sony and Mitsubishi, then pushing outdated hardware with "we stole it first" patents is not innovation. This litigation is simply a sign that Apple is out of ideas, and barely comes in fourth in a foot race with Taiwanese and Korean fabricators (assuming the Taiwan competitor was pregnant when the race started). If Xerox had ever enforced their patents there would not be an Apple ... .
Besides there is the usual cycle of buy on the hype, sell on release date disappointment (no matter how good the product is) coming to us.
As is usually the case with predatory litigation, the only real winners are the attorneys and the only real losers are the consumers. This will be overturned on appeal. In the mean time Android will all but be put on hold. Quite a development since iOS and Android are both simply customized Linux (open source) shells.
Imagine in Orville and Wilbur Wright had been able to get Curtis in front of a California jury.

Scuzi, a break in the action.
Guys, please take the time to complete the latest Rotation Construction Survey. I'm not sure if it has any effect at all, but for all us 10.3 hour credit red eye *****s in LA, can it hurt?
Grazie. Back to your regularly scheduled underboob, hiring rumors and RJ bashing.

I was thinking out loud the other day which Ive been told not to do in public in uniform but Would I be too far off If looking at the situation, off the street hiring may not begin until 2014?
Reason I say is becuase if Delta wanted to, they could staff I believe 20-25 per month for a full year and a half with flows from xj and cz. The 717s are not coming until summer of 13, the 737-900's are replacing 757's, you guys are getting more utilization of reserves, and your retirements really dont kick in until 2015 hardcore. So even if bodies are needed, they may just use the flows as needed to fill the spots until the real hiring begins.
Sometimes to get form A to B you have to go to C first and with pinnacle about to fall apart, im trying to get to point C
Any Input?

My mother was in the market for a new phone a few months ago. She said the iPhone 4S was $199 but the droid was free. I suggested she get the iPhone 4S, but she got the droid instead. The next day she returned the droid, disappointed, and got the iPhone -- absolutely loves it. One anecdote of many.
I take it you don't have an iPad or an iPhone. I've found them revolutionary, despite the 8 or 16 GB advertised. I do not use a PC anymore for anything except CQ. The iPhone itself has so much utility as a commuter that I'm a guaranteed customer for a long time.

Dogs can't read. You have to take it to them on a personal level and make it real for them.
