Well, the good thing is they took less from me than they did Hoser. Hoser must be west coast based.

BTW, that blows. A friend of mine was in bucket 3 and earned every point, now he's in bucket 2 and has gone from around 12 for a trip to #1 for a trip.
I'm pretty sure mine went UP 5 points since earlier today. (And I didn't work) Maybe they are taking from the rich and giving to the poor

When a guy does this to a girl, it's called letting her down easy. We put out - signed that TA for them. Now we are wondering whether they really love us, or were they just saying that late at night in the back of the car? Our mommas always told us, why buy the cow when you can buy all the milk in Alaska, France, and the Netherlands for free (or something like that). We might get mad at them now for taking advantage of us. They're not worried, though. They'll see us again in about three years, tell us how beautiful we look, and we'll forget all about this time.

Our ideal scenario would be to close the DC9 and open the 717 on a single bid in order to provide a smooth transition and to minimize training.
We already figured that one out.

[September] Domestic category pilot hours (year-over-year) are down 2.0% primarily due to a reduction in DC9 and 767 time.
Shocked.

Well, not really. Interesting to see that every month this year we dropped the domestic pilot block hours year-over-year.

So the 717 trips will be very similar to DC-9 trips?

Does that mean 22 leg 5 day trips on the 717? With air conditioning, probably doesn't even seem like work. Still.

I love it up here! Went to Oak Harbor High School. All you west coast ex-Navy guys should recognize that! My Dad's a retired Navy pilot (retired in '69 and he's still kickin'!) and still lives up there. You gotta convince her to come out here!!
