Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Tsquare, I get that you think pay trumps scope.
You've been very peevish and clear on that point for a long time.
I get it.
What I don't get, given how you've posted in recent months, why you think I would give a damn about what you can stomach to read or what you write?

I couldn't care less what you think, but your incessant whining about this is getting really old. Why don't you grow up a little?
Aw, t... Did someone say something on the internet that you didn't like again? call them a poopy head!

My apologies for the scope rant of the day. Just can't help myself.
How much pay does someone "earn" by outsourcing their work?
Without scope none of us has a job. That includes you, T.
The difference between you and the junior pilots you criticize is that you analyze how much of one can be traded for the other so that your outcome is maximized. Junior pilots have a more holistic approach since anything in the system effects their job security.
Then there are a few odd ducks like me who view outsourcing as a moral issue. All people should be treated the same and be given the same opportunity to succeed or fail, based on their merit and the performance of the Company as a whole. IMHO, those who supplement their pay on the backs of others' labor aren't a whole lot different than welfare recipients who take the check simply because they can.
Walking, outsourced
Quite the contrary. Unlike you, I recognize that the document is both a living one, and connected in all sections. You seem to think that scope trumps everything. Sorry, but not everybody will sacrifice so that YOU can get to your captain seat a little sooner. Compromise is required of us all, and no matter how many pretty pictures of RJs you post, no matter how many cute little plays you write, that changes nothing. It makes you look like a pouty little boy.

In the end American is not going anywhere. Delta will do what they can to raise the cost of AMR getting out of chapter 11 as AMR has done to Delta in many transactions. Delta will not get any real part of AMR. They will emerge from bankruptcy like everyone else. If they merge with USAIR I suspect they will control the transaction not Parker.
SLI's are difficult. Another one three years after the most resent, abet successful integration would be a lot for many. Time will tell what we do, if anything
You referring to what they have versus what they will have with their new TA? Bet their allowable 70+ seat jets look like what we had prior to this TA, and there pay is lower because of it.

82 seats, but in reality 79 is the magic number with the slim line seats that are now offered. In reality they just want more large hulls to put two class configs in. 76 works will for them, and they will want more of those until they find a time that leverage is on their side.
