It will depend on how many take the early out. That said, I think you'll see both vacancies and displacements, as we have for the past several AEs. As always 'Bid what you want; Want what you bid' is the best advice when considering your options.

Oddly I think this ties into a Regional thread about the "BRO".

You know what part of that article surprised me the most? The fact that an American based airline would use a 757 on a LHR slot.

If the article was right and it was a 757 going IAD-LHR.

Heh okay. I'm always up for talking old taildraggers but I failed to see anything about it before Timbo's post so figured there was some reference I was missing.

Let me guess, the plane plunged 20,000 feet after the crew offset their track, pulled the throttles back and extended the speed brake. Hilarious.

Sorry for the confusion, my 'how much tailwheel time you got' statement was meant as a joke, directed at the SupaflyGuy, the Mil IP with 14 years of service...who calls some of us [TOS edit deleted by ACL65 as your response to the aforementioned

My post was meant as a joke, not sure about his...

Yes it does count, and in six years you will be glad you have done 20 so keep going. It does not count as an Airline Pilot. You are where all of us were at one time, preparing to make a life change. Listening is the attribute most necessary to you achieving your goal. Good Luck!

The needles came from Gate Gourmet-prepared food and Delta, the FBI & local authorities are investigating and taking it seriously. It won't effect Delta's business.

I was where you are back in 2004. I retired in 2010. You'd be wise to listen more and be less defensive. Also realize that we joke a lot on APC and sometimes posts can be taken the wrong way...smiley's help.

Needles in sandwiches packaged by another company and originating in AMS? Not even a blip on the radar.

If you think we're too tough on you here, or [Edit TOS-ACL65] maybe Delta isnt the place for you. I'm Air Force retired so I know where you're coming from. A large airline is not a military training squadron.

Delta is a great place and I love flying with the guys. Throttle back a little.
