A tough sell to whom? I haven't talked to a person who wouldn't be for it, especially those who can least afford it. Heck, every regional in the us pays for hotel rooms.

I know you have probably heard this one Tom, but for the 'newbs' who never flew in a cockpit with an engineer seat, here is one of my favorite 'Kill the Captain' type jokes:

New TA question: When does the "positive space on DCI for off-rotation deadheads" start? My understanding of this is that I will be able to book PS on DCI the same way I now can on DAL, 14 days before rotation starts, for deviating deadhead at the start. i read the TA timeline that came out and it only has one blurb on section 8 Deadheading that says "Sep 1 Enhanced seat assignment program for deadheading"... this sounds like the new priority list for aisle seats/exit rows, and not the PS thing?
Anyone know? It's almost the only thing I was excited about in the TA, I'm gonna be so irked if it doesn't happen rapidly

Apparently cinnabun has a self life on their buns. A buddy of mine talked them out of a bunch of them, maybe 10 or so for free. He was flying with an overweight smoker Capt and came into the cockpit with them, told the Capt they were free and to help himself...The Capt ate every one of them.
That is a slow way to die.
