I called Skeds to alert them of the conflict and they said I was legal to start the rotation. The Capt I was with said they should adjust your rotation prior to starting it to get rid of the conflict.

So which is it?

Thanks for any insight.
What's the conflict? Adds up to 29:30 doesn't it?

And scheduling knows the rules, I'd trust them more than some guy you flew with.

Isn't that 29:30 in 7?

See iT works great doesn't it? The most important thing the LCA taught me on TOE.

Maybe it's the new desktop for the crewroom computers.

I swear FTB and NewK must have had a hand in this:

...As I get older, I’m becoming more nostalgic and appreciating the older classics in life like a fine Merlot, Vivaldi and the DC-9...
Yesss, he even got it right and called it the DC-9!

Farewell to the DC-9's...Almost

Cheers

ACL,

I've thought about getting more involved BUT as a commuter I believe it would be really difficult to put in the time required and I wouldn't volunteer for anything unless I was willing to put in the time. While I don't like a lot of the things that were put into this TA I respect everyone that put the time into this negotiation and all my communications with an individual DALPA rep (no matter which section) have always been good.

The majority of the full-timers are commuters, so it can be done. Yes, the family will sacrifice. Unfortunately, that is a cost of the job. There are also plenty of other positions which can be done with minimal travel time. Contact your LEC rep and ask how you can help.

If I understand it correctly, we are taxed on the deemed value of the policy. If a $500,000 policy is costs less than a $700,000 policy and you elect the $500,000 coverage, your taxed on the value of the $500,000 policy.
