I just spoke with my neighbor who is a very senior Captain with SkyWest. They are concerned with the results of this TA that some of their flying will now be going away. Especially with the 717’s coming. He spoke with some of his higher ups and they didn’t have many encouraging words to say about their future. BTW: Wow their sure are some sore losers here.

Not a sore loser. Just a realist. The pilot group has spoken. I had one vote and it wasn't enough. Moving on to some other things while preparing for the fallout of misleading promises from our union and work rules that are going to sting.

Peace...

More Delta brand flying for Delta pilots. I think ALPA did a masterful job crafting a PWA that moves block hours from non Delta pilots to Delta pilots.

No where did I see when I voted that I was no longer entitled to a personal opinion if the vote didn't turn out how I desired. I think all who were No voters understand we have to live with what we have, but that shouldn't mean those who were Yes voters should expect views not in line with theirs to no longer be expressed.

Section 1.

Solid scope language overall, focussing on block hours and jobs while limiting the potential number of authorized 76 seat jets, closing the jumbo turboprop exemption, better furlough protection, better code share language, better joint venture protections. I think ALPA did a great job.
