I was finished posting anything here; but, that hits to close to home.

Used to have decent seniority and decent trips in MSP, am getting more and more junior as time goes by and the trips I get naturally are getting worse.

Best of all, year to date my W2 is 12% lower than last year and not for my lack of trying. I fully expect tomorrow to be worse.

You meant to say "eliminated 1500 RJ jobs over the next 2-3 years", right?

I'll bet almost anything that the next TA will also have a SCOPE sale attached to it.

Folks, this business model is NOT sustainable for the pilot group. We have to stop giving our jobs away at some point!

Enjoy the "ret". You typed it wrong, fixed it for you.

Disengagement is the biggest detriment to the profession. This shows that pilots are engaged in the process.

So only 1 years and 9 months till the contract survey goes out...

What's on everybody's wish lists?

I bet it doesn't. The regional model isn't fixed, and DAL Inc. likely just reduced its reliance on that segment of the industry by 25% over the next three years.

I say do it again in the next deal and drop the 450 DCI cap to the 350-300 hull range!

The union has to give away the jets, they have no choice, lest they go out of business.

That is on Mgt.'s wishlist for themselves.

Ask the NC that were in the lounges, we got way more in a lot of areas than the company thought they would give.
